Our newly formed division draws on the experience of, Bob Beary (formerly director of PCSN21) and the services provided by Glendoagh Contractors Ltd.
Bob has in excess of 30 years’ experience of carrying out maintenance works in Central London for commercial and residential clients.

What Our Maintenance Division Does
We have a skilled team with expertise in plumbing, electrics, carpentry and partitioning works, as well as office strip-out and subsequent fit-out works.
Our focus is on Commercial properties across North and Central London:

Fixing leaks, installing and repairing sinks, baths, showers and toilets, plus surveys and tests.
Electrics
Safety testing or survey work as well as circuit installations, repairs and fault finding.
Heating & Hot Water
Safety certificates, gas appliance servicing, repairs and installations on all heating systems.
Damp & Leaks
Detection of any type of plumbing leak or source of damp quickly using high tech equipment.
Drains & Blockages
Clearing any type of blockage to internal or external pipework as well as survey work.
